In this video, Jorge Rodriguez Lorenzo, physical trainer of World Padel Tour players, will give us some padel exercises to be faster on the padel court and get better results in our padel matches.
According to Jorge, in order to improve speed on the padel court, three concepts must be taken into account:
- Improve anticipation: this is achieved by improving the reading of the ball, i.e. trying to intuit where the ball is going to go before hitting it.
- Maintain a good position on the padel court: depending on where the padel ball is played, where my partner is located and the type of game of the opponent.
- Having a good technique for leg movement: this is improved with physical exercises that enhance and improve the strength of our legs.
