Nacho shows us in this incredible video a part of his daily work with the players in the gym and reveals that his main objective is to achieve the general welfare of his players both physically and mentally.
On the other hand, the physical trainer tells us that one of his most important tasks is to enhance the strength of his players’ legs, but without losing sight of other aspects such as improving flexibility and the strength of push and pull, since then the improvement in this type of exercise will translate into efficient improvements in strokes.
