- Bad hitting technique: small gestural errors that cause overloading of the muscles.
- Bad choice of the padel racket: the padel racket not be chosen for its design as each player has a different type of game and needs a specific weight.
It should also be taken into account that if padel is played frequently during the week it is very possible that muscle overloads occur, which if not treated by a physiotherapist (qualified professional) can become chronic and turn into more serious injuries.
